Project GRACE is a nonprofit advance care planning education program that helps individuals and professionals create, communicate and honor future medical care wishes. Founded in 1999, Project GRACE's mission is to educate the community about effective advance care planning, empower individuals to communicate and implement their medical treatment decisions and promote the belief that all persons are entitled to dignified care in the final phase of life.

Karen LAKaren Milne is the Community Outreach Coordinator for Project GRACE.  Karen is also a certified facilitator/instructor in both the First Steps (Respecting Choices®) and Last Steps® (POLST) Advance Care Planning Curriculums trained by Gundersen Lutheran Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
